Here at Handcraft Burgers & Brew, we recognize that not everyone can or wants to eat food the same way and that ingredients matter, here is a list of our signature menu items broken down by ingredients and more common allergens.

ALLERGY MENU
At Handcraft Burgers & Brew, we take food allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously, including gluten sensitivity and celiac disease.
While our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility, we have established clear protocols to minimize the risk of cross-contamination and ensure guests have the information they need to make safe choices.
Procedures for Gluten-Free Orders:
• Staff identify and handle gluten-free requests immediately.
• Dedicated gloves, utensils, and prep surfaces are used whenever possible.
• Gluten-free buns are individually wrapped and stored separately.
• Gluten-free orders are clearly labeled in the POS and communicated verbally.
Separate Spaces & Equipment:
• We do not have a designated gluten-free prep area available on the cold line.
• We do have a separate fryer for 100% gluten-free.
• Flat-top grill space is cleaned and sanitized before gluten-free cooking.
Sauces & Condiments:
• Most house-made sauces are gluten-free.
• Staff verify ingredients before use.
Cross-Contamination Risks:
Despite precautions, trace gluten may be present due to shared surfaces and air. Guests with severe celiac disease are informed of potential risks.
